Notes
Chardonnay has long been an integral grape in the Mercator portfolio and is now being showcased as a varietal. We launched our Varietal Chardonnay program in 2019 and have continued to build on it every vintage since. Mercator Reserve Chardonnay is 100% Nova Scotia grown. Our Chardonnay grows in our estate vineyard as well as in two distinct sites—one in Northern Nova Scotia and the other in Bear River. It is barrel-fermented and aged in select French oak barrels. Limited edition of only 150 cases aged in 4 French oak barrels.
