We were truly honoured to have been chosen to represent Nova Scotia wine during "A Conversation with President Barack Obama" at the Scotiabank Centre in Halifax on November 13, 2019. Our Jost Vineyards 2018 Tidal Bay, recipient of the 2019 Lieutenant Governor's Awards for Excellence in Nova Scotia Wine, and our GBFR were served to guests and delegates during the momentous evening.

The 44th president of the United States addressed 9,000 guests, incluing 3,000 youth, at the sold-out event. CEO of the Nova Scotia Co-operative Council, Dianne Kelderman was moderator.
