Nose
Fresh and alluring, the nose opens with shaved almond, green apple, ripe pear and grapefruit. Aromas of honeydew melon, green mango, citrus zest and passionfruit follow, all wrapped around a core of honey and brioche.
Palate
Bright and crisp, a lively acidity coupling with a hint of sweetness. White peach, honeysuckle, McIntosh apple, anjou pear, a hint of lemongrass, gooseberry, lemon, lime a touch of guava and ripe gooseberries.

Notes
A delightfully well-balanced slightly off dry white. The fuller body of the Pinot Grigio helps to round out the vibrant and aromatic L’Acadie Blanc base. A touch of sweetness brings out ripe fruit aromas which are grounded by a hint of lightly roasted almonds.
